Confirmation of need
Training only achieves maximum value if a delegate has prior knowledge and experience before attending a workshop and the opportunity to consolidate learning afterwards. NES AIM Academy offers a self assessment process for an individual to check that specified pre-requisites are in place before attendance and if they aren't, then alternatives can be explored.
Alternatively, you could speak to one of our experienced Training Advisors and if you require further confirmation we will arrange for you to speak with one of our highly experienced Consultant Trainers who will be sure to guide you in the right direction.

Classroom based training
NES AIM Academy is highly interactive and designed to present the information in memorable, manageable segments. Through the use of meaningful and realistic exercises and facilitated group discussion, delegates will be given full opportunity to test their understanding of the theory and the practical challenges they are likely to face. Additionally, by developing a set of syndicate exercises (which can be tailored to your company for closed in-house events) we will increase the impact of the training, by allowing delegates to contextualise the material thereby increasing their potential to understand and retain the learning points. Each delegate receives a delegate course pack. This comprises of:
- Pre-course materials (typically exercises and pre-course reading)
- A copy of the course slides and any accompanying notes
- Exercises with model solutions
- Official manual where appropriate.

Closed in house events
