When you submit your Personal Details to the NES AIM Academy group of companies we will store the information normally, such as name, address and any other details which we consider relevant.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 you, the data subject, can ask for view all documentation we hold at any time. NES AIM Academy reserves the right to charge the sum of £10 for this request.
Who sees your Personal Details?
Your personal details are used by our consultants to advise you of relevant training events and track any bookings taken. Only authorised NES AIM Academy employees have access to this data.
NES AIM Academy does not sell or pass your personal details to any third party who may use that information to try and sell you goods or services.
We may disclose personal information, if required to do so by law or if we believe that such action is necessary, to protect and defend the rights, property or personal safety of NES AIM Academy, the site or its visitors.
NES AIM Academy is an international organisation and therefore as part of the services offered to you through our site, any information provided to us may be transferred to countries outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”).
