Lynn Shaw
Lynn’s career in IT and Project Management Training and consultancy spans 25 years and has embraced a diversity of roles and challenges within environments including public sector, financial, manufacturing and blue chip.
Lynn is NES AIM Academy’s Technical Delivery Manager as well as regularly delivering both ITIL and Project Management training events. She has extensive process design and implementation experience helping clients to respond to the increasing challenges of matching IT processes to the business need. Her particular strength lies in being able to build strong and lasting relationships with clients, being able to identify and understand their particular needs and build appropriate solutions. A highly experienced and successful trainer, Lynn has developed and delivered courses to a consistently high standard. Her energy and enthusiasm, and her ability to link her practical experience to the classroom theory ensure delegates remain interested and motivated.

Michelle Major-Goldsmith
A dynamic, enthusiastic service management consultant and ITIL trainer with fifteen years service delivery experience gained in a number of blue chip organisations. As well as holding the ISEB ITIL Managers Certificate in Service Management and a number of the ITIL Practitioner’s qualifications. Michelle is an ISEB qualified Business Analyst and a trained psychologist.
Michelle is warm and open with a tremendous ability to deliver mentoring, consultancy and training to an exceptional standard, interspersing relevant practical experience and lessons learned. She has extensive experience in line management, customer and supplier relationship management and the provision and negotiation of supporting agreements. A trained Six Sigma Black Belt, with a sound understand of quality management frameworks.
Peter Gretton
Peter has held the ITIL Manager's certificate for over a decade and throughout that time has been involved in Service Delivery and Support. His wide ranging capabilities are supported by over 28 years in the IT business, in various disciplines, including IT Operations, Management, Service Management and training.

Neil Almond
Neil has over 15 years experience working in IT, much of which has been spent in Customer facing roles which gives him the ability to bridge the Business - IT threshold. Having undertaken various ITIL focused roles including Service Level and Capacity Manager he is able to augment his training with practical experiences and examples.
Mark Flynn
Mark Flynn regularly delivers ITIL courses where he is able to share 12 years experience in IT Service Management; including managing Service Desks, implementing Service Level Management and managing Service Delivery on a major outsourced account.
